We have acquired the potential to develop import substitutes. We are proud to announce that we have executed direct exports of transformers to manufacturers of Medical equipment in United Kingdom (UK) and France.

Classification
Our products range can be classified in the following way:
- Transformers for Medical instrumentations and Laboratory instrumentation like Power transformers, instrument transformers
- Pulse Transformers for industrial controls like AC drives and SMPS transformers. We specialize in the manufacture of Epoxy Potted Transformers.
- Special Oil Filled Pulse Transformer for export to M/s. ABB Limited, Switzerland.
- Current Transformers for Various application using toroidal cores of Ferrite material or iron depending on the application.

All the machineries are operated by a group of technicians and engineers who are extremely talented and experienced. The Coil Winding Machines installed at our manufacturing base are of international standard and yield best performance in the market.
Quality Assurance
Quality is given the maximum consideration during all the stages at our unit and we strive to maintain the quality standards at its best. In brief, following steps are taken to supply the best quality Transformers to the market:
- Incoming materials are sourced from reputed, indigenous and overseas manufacturers only. Test certificates are obtained for confirmation of international standards.
- All Transformers are subjected to vigorous checks at all intermediate stages. The final product is numbered and all transformers are tested for parameters and readings are recorded.
- Instruments used are calibrated at regular intervals.
- All finished transformer lots will be furnished with a Test Certificate.
- We are approved vendors of M/s. L&T, Mysore and M/s. BHEL Ltd., Bangalore. Vendor Quality ratings are enclosed. In fact, we are self-certified vendors to M/s. L&T for some of their transformers.
- Some of our transformers have been exported indirectly as a part of original equipment.
- We specialize in manufacturing industrial grade transformers to specific technical requirements of customers. Our Products are equivalent of German (DIN) and American Standards.
